Random Act of Kindness 2023

Each year, Oyster Sand Arbor (OSA) of Virginia performs a random act of kindness in line with their philosophy of helping communities and building legacies. This year, in honor of Gleaner Life Insurance Society’s 129th year, OSA timed their act of kindness to coincide with Gleaner’s Give & Grow Program. Gleaner’s program supports others through various programs, and OSA is proud to follow their tradition of fraternalism.
We’re excited to share a heartwarming moment captured in a photo of Ms. Colleen Whiting, who was pleasantly surprised with a check of kindness from OSA. Ms. Vonda Helbert and Patrick Anderson, both members of Gleaner present the check on behalf of OSA.
At OSA, we believe that small acts of kindness can go a long way in making a difference in people’s lives. We hope this act of generosity inspires others to pay it forward and spread kindness in their communities. Let’s all work together to create a brighter future!
