OSA810 meets NSUSD1812

The month of October was a meaningful event for Oysters Sand Arbor, #810 when the monthly meeting was joined by a fellow volunteer, Ms. Eugenia McGroarty, President of Eliza Monroe Chapter (Arlington VA), of the National Society of United States Daughters of 1812 Veterans.

OSA President Janie Dumlao-Umayam made a brief introduction of OSA and its mission of helping the communities.

Discussions of future engagements with NSUSD activities were agreed upon during the meeting. There were (3) more guests/volunteers, Harold & Melinda Ochoco of Fairfax VA who participated and one of them, Edgar Alvaran of Chantilly VA had decided to become a member.
