This November, the spirit of togetherness shines brightly as Oysters Sand Arbor, the Gleaner Life’s Service Club in Virginia, and She Believes in Me (SBIM) come together to support Northern Virginia’s vulnerable families. Through the “Encourage. Empower. Inspire.” Thanksgiving meal program, these dedicated organizations are making a profound impact on the community.

Bringing Joy to Families in Need

Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude and sharing, and this heartwarming initiative embodies those values perfectly. By providing meals and holiday cheer to children and families in need, the program not only nourishes bodies but also uplifts spirits. It’s during these acts of kindness that we truly witness the essence of community—people joining hands to ensure that no one is left behind during the holiday season.

A Grateful Thank You

The event held at the Four Seasons Recreation Center was not just a meal distribution; it was a celebration of giving and togetherness. A big thank you goes out to all the volunteers, members, officers, partners, and local officials who contributed their time and effort to make this gathering festive and meaningful.
